The Workable Guarantee is a straight-forward partnership guarantee. Workable Solutions provides the client with an open set of metrics that cover performance aspects like phone call wait time, file processing time and email/call response time.

The client then fills in the metric framework with their own expectations and both parties will sign off on the pledge in agreement. If Workable Solutions fails to perform to those standards, the client can notify Workable Solutions of the problem and Workable Solutions will then have 30 days upon notification to remedy the problem. If 30 days pass and the problem hasn’t been resolved, then 100% of the client’s fees are waived.

It’s as simple as that.
