Our success story is grounded in a vision and fueled by a belief that there’s a better way of delivering employee benefits. We started the company back in July 1997 with the simple idea that using technology to consolidate employers into larger purchasing pools would make benefits more affordable and provide greater choices for employees.
Since then our solutions have made benefits simpler to manage, easier to understand and a better value for employers and their employees. Workable Solutions actually introduced the first online benefits enrollment platform back in 1999. That same year we began administering one of the oldest continuously running Insurance Exchanges in the nation — HealthPass in New York City.
Now, under healthcare reform, the idea of aggregating employers into Insurance Exchanges further validates our vision and Workable Solutions is ready to help deliver on the promise of making Exchanges a better way to buy and manage health benefits.

We believe in hard work, supporting our clients, and unquestionable ethics. Because of this, we’ve grown to service tens of thousands of employers and their participants, billing and collecting nearly $20 million in monthly premium.
Our growth during this time is evidence of the strength of our company. Our senior management team has over 100 years of combined experience and has led Workable Solutions to have one of its strongest years in the company’s history.
Since 1999, we’ve added new products to enhance the value of insurance for our clients. We understand how tax-advantaged accounts, online benefit management and ancillary products like transit, wellness, parking and dependent plans can add real value to an employer’s core insurance program.
